Flowers are an integral part of any event, especially for weddings. When done correctly, floral décor, accompanied with the perfect wedding design, can be breathtaking. Your wedding will become an unforgettable memory to cherish for years to come.
Making your selection of flowers, colors, and styles is a very enjoyable experience at Sal Floral Design. The following will give you an understanding of everything we’ll do in order to set up your wedding:
Step 1- The Consultation
We will meet for an initial complimentary consultation in order to discuss your plans and to get to know each other. After all, we’re going to be spending many hours collaborating together over the next few months! The initial consultation usually takes approximately an hour. Come prepared to share any ideas about wedding colors and attire, favorite (or not-so favorite) flowers, and a description of the vibe and/or mood you would like to create for your special day. If these details have yet to be determined, fear not. We can brainstorm together!
Step 2- Visionary Proposal
After our meeting, we will create and send to you a personalized, complete proposal. This will include the description and price of every arrangement being made for your wedding. (Examples might be: ceremony arrangements, centerpieces, flower girl baskets, personal flowers, cake decoration, and so on.) You will also receive pictures and collages of all of the flowers, vases, and styles of arrangements being used to create your floral décor.
Step 3- Commitment Contract
When you are comfortable with the proposal, a formal contract will be signed and a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required in order to reserve your event date. The remaining 80% will be due no later than three weeks before your wedding. (This is when we order all of the flowers and supplies for your floral arrangements.)
Step 4- Delivery
We will deliver and set up your flowers at the agreed-upon date and time, specified in the final contract.

Floral Arrangements For Every Occasion
You may call us directly and order flowers for any occasion. Birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, holidays, etc. We will customize a beautiful floral arrangement according to your specifications of size, color, style, and price point.
We deliver in Seattle, including the Eastside, and most surrounding areas.
Corporate Events and Weekly Flowers
Sal Floral Design offers a weekly service for offices, hotels, and restaurants. We will deliver an arrangement to your business every week according to your specifications of size, color, and style. Picking up the old arrangement, we will then replace it with a fresh one within the same time frame each week. (Delivery is free with this service.)
